The richest topsoil for growing disciples is fertilized by God’s Vision. Vision is always rooted in Scripture. Thus our leadership rooted our Vision in the Great Commission – “Go and make disciples of all nations.” (Matthew 28:19)

In simplified form, here are the vital aspects of the Vision God has put before us: 

Our Vision – Grace Community Church exists to Celebrate God and Change Lives through Growing Disciples.

Our Goal – Grow mature disciples.

Our Strategy – Implement our CORE Values in everything we do. Those CORE Values are:

• Connect with God (through Worship and Prayer)
• Outreach to Others (through Ministry and Evangelism)
• Respond to Needs (through Service and Missions)
• Equip for Life (through Study and Fellowship)

My friends, Vision simplifies our lives because it keeps us focused on what will be most fulfililng for us: Discipleship!

So I invite you to take the next step in your Discipleship Journey. Do a self-evaluation… “Am I strong in the four CORE Values that lead to Mature Discipleship?” If not, invest in yourself to grow where your biggest challenge is while keeping the others strong. Dare to be a Disciple! You will NEVER regret it.
