A resident of Boca Raton for 18 years, Romeo DeMarco comes from a long line of singers. He is the first generation in his family to be raised in the United States. His grandfather Ernesto Marsala was a famous opera singer in Italy. His father, who immigrated from Malta, sang in Carnegie Hall and Romeo has been singing for opera companies and at church for most of his adult life. After being saved, he devoted his talent exclusively to the glory of God and began singing regularly on the Coral Ridge Hour as well as in the church choir.
His interests include theology, evangelism and anything that involves time with his family. Romeo is married to Allison DeMarco and they have two children, Cecily and Anton. His children are home-schooled. Recently he and Allison started the Covenant Conservatory of Music which is a program designed to teach music to homeschoolers in the area. They are excited to have the opportunity to share the message of salvation with so many children throughout the week.
Romeo says, "God has given me the gift of eternal life and the least I can do is to offer myself up to Him as a thank you for this precious gift. I am His, and desire only to please Him and to share His Good News with others. I am so thankful for the opportunity to serve here at Grace Community Church and look forward to meeting many new friends."
