Registration Instructions

STEP 1

Join our Digital Line

Tuesday, February 3, 2026

On Tuesday, February 3rd at 9:00 am come here to find the button for registration. The link to join our digital line will open promptly at 9:00 am.

Click the link to access the online form.
Completing this form will secure your place in our Digital Line to enroll in your chosen program.
Please note you can fill out a form for each program you are interested in your child attending. (For instance: You can fill out a form for your first, second and third choice if you are willing to take a 5-day, 3-day or 2-day spot.) Since programs fill up fast, this increases your chances of obtaining a seat at Grace for the School Year.

STEP 2

Receive & Complete Your Enrollment Packet

You will be notified within 24 hours if your child has secured a seat for the 2026-2027 School Year. If the programs you have selected are full, you will be placed on a waitlist for each of the programs you applied for. You will then be notified if a spot opens for your child between now and August 10th.

If your child secured a seat, you will receive an email with a link to complete the Enrollment Packet:

Complete the digital Enrollment Packet within 24 hours. Please note: the packet is best filled out on a computer so you can see the entire document and the thumbnail images in their entirety.
Complete and submit the packet no later than February 4, 2026.

⚠️ Important: If your completed registration packet is not submitted by the deadline, your reserved seat for the 2026–2027 school year will be forfeited.

STEP 3

Brightwheel Profile Update

Once we receive your completed Enrollment Packet:

Your information will be uploaded to your Brightwheel profile.
You will receive a notification if any updated documents are required (medical forms, immunization records, or other paperwork).
Your first month’s tuition for the 2026-2027 school year will be drafted on March 1st.

Summer Camp

It’s time for summer fun at Grace — where exciting adventures and happy memories are made every week.

Each session includes themed weeks, hands-on activities, and a special on-campus “field trip” event. Children remain on campus at all times, and health and immunization forms must be on file and up to date.

Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged.

Junior Preschool Summer Camp

Requirement
Your child must be 2 prior to June 8th.

Session Dates
Session 1: Monday, June 8 – Thursday, July 2
Session 2: Monday, July 6 – Thursday, July 30
No camp Friday, July 3 or Friday, July 31.

Camp Hours
Monday–Friday
9:00 am – 2:00 pm

Tuition
$1,000 per session
$100 activity fee per session (due at registration)
$50 registration fee for children not currently enrolled

Tuition is non-refundable.
